A big project for a client was 12 original movie posters from the 1970s and 1980 that had been previously conservation mounted that we framed under Conservation Clear Glass with 99% UV protection in minimal black metal frames.

 

This beautifully colorful circle art was brought back from Tibet is framed under Conservation Clear glass that has 99% UV protection but has a reflection just like regular glass. Framed in a textured gold frame.

Do you love "Fan Art"? Are maps your passion? Here is a "Fan Art" Map of Roshar from The Stormlight Archives book series by Brandon Sanderson. This really cool map of the fictional land of Roshar is made with metallic inks so there is a light sheen to the entire thing. This was framed without a mat in a traditional shaped frame with a contemporary metallic finish that appears distressed or acid washed in a copper tone using Conservation Clear glass with 99% UV protection.

 

Have you ever had your framed art get damaged? Either in a move or it just jumping off of the wall? This matted print of Thomas Kinkade's art was originally purchased already matted and framed over a decade ago, but the glass broke and the frame was damaged beyond repair, so we reframed it with an ornate gold frame and added Conservation Clear glass with 99% UV protection. It's like updating an old friend and the original mat was not damaged so we were able to reuse it.

 

This beautiful original pastel drawing of Multnomah Falls required a reverse bevel cut on the double mat. Framed in a traditional two tone wood frame featuring a deep purple with a tan outer lip underneath Conservation Clear glass with 99% UV protection. Such beautiful fall colors in this original drawing by a local artist.

 

This print on torn paper was floated on a coordinating mat to show off the paper's edge under Conservation Clear glass with 99% UV protection in a metal frame.

 

These birthstone paintings were mounted using Preserve Ultra with coordinating top mats and either gold or silver mats underneath. All framed with a painted black wood frame under Conservation Clear glass with 99% UV protection.

An image stamped and painted on to a map of Manhattan, New York had been folded with heavy crease marks. We mounted using Ultra Preserve in the heat mount press and framed with Conservation Clear 99% UV protection glass, all in a dark green metallic 1" wood frame.

 

"Baby Dream Team" is a vintage print of the first U.S. Olympic basketball team featuring professional NBA players from 1992. Larry Bird, Charles Barkley, Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, and Patrick Ewing. This adorable print has a double mat of white on top and red underneath that features a cut out to show the title. Framed under conservation clear glass in a blue metal frame to coordinate with the patriotic colors of the uniforms.

 

These are two original blueprints of our client's home. The blueprints are floated on a coordinating mat under Conservation Clear glass with 99% UV protection all in a rustic dark brown frame.

 

Three posters from a weekend showing of the Dave Matthews Band that line up to make a Triptych. Each one was framed separately but with a coordinating double mat to appear as one piece. All under conservation clear glass in a black metal frame.

These fun signed prints were framed in coordinating frames that were the same style with red on "You & Me" and black on "Me & You" under conservation glass.

 

A collectible issue of Sports Illustrated magazine featuring Oregon State University's Gary Payton from March 5, 1990. The entire magazine issue is held in an acid free box and matted with a double mat where the top mat looks like the surface of a basketball. It's all in a classic multi-ridged black frame under conservation clear glass which has 99% UV protection.
